Everything an educational institution does, in one system
The list below is what exists today. Nothing on it is planned, in development, or coming soon — the only thing worth putting on this page is what you would find after signing in this afternoon. Which of these you actually see depends on the kind of institution you are; your own page says exactly which.
Students and staff
Students with photos, guardians, custom fields and spreadsheet import. Teachers and managers with real roles. Nobody is ever deleted — they are archived, and their history stays readable.
Groups and schedules
Batches, class-sections, course intakes or jamaats — one model, your word for it. Single-subject or multi-subject, a weekly recurring schedule that generates its own sessions, holidays, reschedules, ad-hoc classes, and conflict detection when two things want the same teacher.
Attendance
Per session, marked in seconds, for a whole group or subject by subject. Retroactive marking is allowed and asks for a reason, because pretending it never happens is how a record stops being trusted.
Fees
Monthly or one-time, with per-student overrides and a reason, discounts, waivers, advances, part payments and late fees. A fee can be one number or several named parts. Receipts print or share. Corrections are new entries; the original is never touched.
Accounts and payroll
Expenses, teacher payouts, salary structures and payslips, all posted through a double-entry general ledger with a trial balance, a balance sheet and a monthly close.
The academic year
A named year divided into terms, roll numbers, and promotion that moves a whole section into the next class while keeping last year readable exactly as it was. For institutions that run on a year; the rest never see it.
Exams and results
Quick weekly assessments in one click from the group, full exams with mark components, grading schemes, a question bank, tests delivered in the student portal, and auto-marking.
Report cards and certificates
One consolidated sheet per student per term, published to the family. Transfer, character and study certificates, each numbered out of your own register and issued from the record rather than typed again.
Notices and parent updates
Notices to everybody, one group or one student, in the product and by email, with one-tap WhatsApp sharing. A scheduled per-guardian digest assembles attendance, upcoming tests and dues into a single message you approve before it goes.
Student and guardian portal
Read-only: schedule, attendance, fee history with receipts, results with a personal rank, notices, homework and shared resources. Your institution runs identically if nobody ever opens it.
Library
What the institution owns on its shelves, who has it, and what is overdue. An overdue fine is charged like any other fee, through the same ledger.
A website of your own
Your own public page on your own domain, with an admission enquiry form that lands in your admissions pipeline and a public result lookup parents can use on a phone.
Reports and analytics
Fee collection, attendance trends, group profitability, teacher activity, retention, and a list of students whose attendance says they are about to leave.
Who sees what
Your accountant sees money. Your teachers see their own groups.
A teacher opening this product sees the groups assigned to them and no financial information at all — not a fee status, not an outstanding amount, not a total. Not because the menu is hidden, but because the query returns nothing.
Permissions are enforced in the database, underneath the API. A teacher who guesses another teacher's URL gets an empty page, and so does anyone who guesses another institution's.
