AcademyOS collects the information needed to review an institution's registration, create institution accounts, and run student, fee, attendance, notice, and reporting workflows.
What We Collect
Registration forms may include institution details, owner contact details, address information, and verification document links. Institution users may later add student, guardian, staff, attendance, fee, and communication records inside their own workspace.
How We Use Data
Data is used to verify registration requests, set up institutions, sign users in, generate operational records, send notices or receipts, and keep the audit trails needed for account safety and support.
Sharing And Retention
Institution data is not sold. Operational data is shared only with the service providers — email, storage, messaging — needed to run the service. Audit, billing, and security records are kept as long as needed for compliance, disputes, and abuse prevention.
Access Requests
Institution owners can ask for their registration data to be corrected or removed by writing to platform support from the email address used during registration.
Nothing is deleted, ever. Your account becomes read-only, your records stay intact, and a full export stays available. Destroying an institution's financial history over a late invoice is the behaviour this product exists to be the opposite of.
