Before you decide
- Does WhatsApp cost extra?
- No. Sharing receipts, notices and fee reminders on WhatsApp is included on every plan, including Free. SMS is a paid channel because each message has a real cost.
- Do I pay for each teacher?
- No. Staff accounts are unlimited on every plan. Charging per teacher would keep people out of the system, which is where the product stops working.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- You see it coming. Every limit is metered inside the product and warns you well before it is reached — the product does not stop working without notice.
- What happens to my records if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Attendance, fees and receipts are permanent records; your account becomes read-only and your data stays exportable.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, in both directions, and your records come with you. Plans differ in what they include and how much they hold, never in whether you keep your data.
