For colleges
Higher secondary and degree, by semester, by subject.
A college student does not sit in one room all day. They take subjects, taught by different lecturers, attended separately — so attendance here is per subject rather than per class, and a result is consolidated across the subjects a student actually took. The year is divided into semesters, the grade table is the four-point one, and the certificate register is the college's own.
Subject-wise attendance is the default, not a setting you have to find: a lecturer marks their own subject and nobody has to reconcile two registers.
The words
These are the words on your screens. Not ours.
Every one of these is read from the same table the product reads, so this list cannot describe a vocabulary we do not ship. You can change any of them afterwards in Settings, and the change reaches the printed receipt and the WhatsApp message as well as the screen.

What you get
Switched on on the day you are approved.
This list is the module registry itself. A part of the product that does not exist cannot appear here, and a part that is switched on for you cannot be left off.
On from the start
Website
Your public pages, and the enquiry form on them.
Files
Shared folders for circulars, forms and archives that belong to the college.
Portal
A sign-in where students and their guardians see their own attendance, fees and results.
Branches
More than one place to teach, each with its own students, staff and takings.
Staff
A directory of the people who work here, with invitations, roles and profiles.
Accounts
Money going out — expenses, lecturer payouts, the cash drawer and the books.
Admissions
The enquiry pipeline, from the first phone call through to admission.
Academic Years
A named academic year divided into semesters, so results, promotion and roll numbers all know which one they belong to.
Report cards
One sheet per student per semester: every subject consolidated, graded and published to the family.
Fee heads
Charge for more than one thing: admission once, tuition monthly, a lab fee alongside it. Each part is named, and each earns into its own income account. If this college charges one fee, it needs none of this.
Exams
Exams, marks, and the grade tables they are read against.
Question bank
A reusable store of questions, and the papers and online tests built from it.
Certificates
Transfer, character and study certificates, each with a number out of your own register.
Library
What the college owns on its shelves, who has it, and what is overdue. An overdue fine is charged like any other fee.
Payroll
A monthly salary for each member of staff, with allowances and deductions, and a payslip to hand them. It does not track leave or calculate tax.
Staff attendance & leave
Keep a daily staff register, run a leave year with balances, and hold departments and designations as lists.
There when you want it
Not usual for this kind of institution, and fully supported. Switch any of them on from Settings; nothing has to be bought first.
Courses
Published courses with lessons and live classes, for students to work through on their own.
Students, attendance, fees, notices, reports and documents are on for every institution and are not listed here. They are the product rather than a part of it.

Everything on this page except the paragraph at the top is read from the product's own configuration — the same tables the running software reads. It is not a description of what we intend to build for you. It is what you would get.
Not what you run?
There is a page for each of the others.
