Schools, colleges, coaching centres, madrasas, kindergartens, tutors and training institutes
One system for admissions, attendance, fees, results and parent updates.
Tell us what kind of institution you run, and the words, the screens and the staff roles are yours from the first day. A school gets classes and sections, a madrasa gets jamaats, a coaching centre gets batches — and there is a page for each of them, so you can check before you sign up.
No card needed. The free plan is a working institution, not a trial.

Who it is for
Seven kinds of institution. One engine underneath.
You choose yours once, when you register. Everything below follows from that answer — read the page for what you run and you will see the exact vocabulary, the exact screens and the exact roles you would get.
Coaching centres
Batches, monthly fees, weekly tests, and a WhatsApp message to every guardian.
Read the Coaching centres page →
Private tutors
One person, a handful of groups, one fee. Nothing else switched on.
Read the Private tutors page →
Schools
Classes and sections, an academic year, promotion, report cards and transfer certificates.
Read the Schools page →
Colleges
Higher secondary and degree years, semesters, subject-wise attendance, consolidated results.
Read the Colleges page →
Kindergartens
Children rather than students, descriptive grading, and parents who want to hear from you.
Read the Kindergartens page →
Madrasas
Jamaats and Ustaz, the Ibtedayi–Fazil ladder, and the same books as everyone else.
Read the Madrasas page →
Training institutes
Course intakes, a one-time fee, and a completion certificate at the end.

Every day
Five things every institution does every day. Each of them in two clicks.
Not five modules to configure. Five jobs, reachable from anywhere in the product, finished in three interactions or fewer.
Mark attendance
A roster of forty in under ninety seconds. If it were slower than paper, teachers would go back to paper — so it is not.
Record a payment
Cash, bKash, Nagad, bank. Take the payment you actually took, print or share the receipt, and the balance moves everywhere at once.
See who has not paid
One list, filtered by group, sorted by how late. Send every reminder from the same screen without exporting anything.
Check today
Which classes run, who teaches them, which room, and what still needs doing before the day closes.
Send a notice
To one student, one group, or everybody. In the product, by email, and on WhatsApp in one tap.
The shape of the product
A class is a batch of students. So is a jamaat, a section, and a course intake.
A student does not belong to your institution in the abstract — they belong to a group. So does every fee, every attendance mark, every schedule and every result. One page per group holds all of it: today's session, the roster with fee status already on it, this week's test, syllabus progress, and the notices you sent. Your institution decides what that group is called; there is only ever one of them underneath.
This is the reason a school here is not a coaching centre with the labels changed, and a coaching centre here is not a school ERP with the hard parts hidden. There is one roster model, one fee ledger and one attendance record, and your institution's own words in front of them.

Money
Nothing is edited. Nothing is deleted. Everything is explainable.
This is the part a notebook actually does well, and the part most software gets wrong. A payment you recorded in March still reads exactly as it did in March.
A correction is a new entry
Nothing overwrites a payment. A mistake is fixed by a correcting entry with a reason attached, and both rows are kept, attributed and timestamped. You can always answer the question a guardian is actually asking.
Receipts in your own series
Your numbering, your logo, your footer. Print A4 or an 80mm roll, or send it on WhatsApp — the same document, from the same record.
Books that balance
Double-entry underneath: expenses, staff payouts, salaries, a trial balance and a monthly close. Not a cash notebook with totals at the bottom.
Next month, before it happens
What will be charged, to whom, and what you can expect to collect — visible before anyone is billed, including what a fee change would do.

Reaching parents
WhatsApp, on every plan. Including the free one.
Receipts, notices, fee reminders and a per-guardian summary all share in one tap, into the app your parents already read. No credits to buy first, no allowance to run out of, no upgrade to unlock the only channel that works here.
We can give this away because it costs us nothing: these are ordinary WhatsApp links, not a metered messaging product. SMS is a paid channel, because every SMS has a real price we pay.

Your accountant sees money. Your teachers see their own groups.
A teacher opening this product sees the groups assigned to them and no financial information at all — not a fee status, not an outstanding amount, not a total. Not because the menu is hidden, but because the query returns nothing.
Permissions are enforced in the database, underneath the API. A teacher who guesses another teacher's URL gets an empty page, and so does anyone who guesses another institution's.

Getting started
If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this.
Most institutions arrive here from a register, a spreadsheet, and three WhatsApp groups. That is not a problem to solve before you start — it is where everybody starts.
How switching works →Proof
We are new. We would rather show you the product than a wall of logos we do not have.
Every screen on this page is the real interface, drawn from the same design system the product ships. When we have institutions willing to be named, we will name them — with a number beside the name.
Your records are never deleted
Not on the free plan, not after a quiet holiday, not when a subscription lapses. Attendance, fees and receipts are permanent. An account that lapses becomes read-only and stays exportable.
Your data leaves whenever you want
A full export is on every plan, including free. Software that is hard to leave is software that stopped competing for you.
One institution cannot see another
Tenant isolation is enforced by Postgres row-level security, underneath the application. It is a property of the database, not a filter somebody has to remember to write.
Every financial change is attributed
Who did it, when, and the reason they gave. The audit log is a first-class screen, not something support has to look up for you.
Pricing
Published, so you can decide without talking to anyone.
Attendance, fees, receipts, the ledger and WhatsApp are on every plan, whatever kind of institution you are. Staff accounts are never charged per person — charging for the accountant is how a system ends up with one login everybody shares.

Questions
Before you decide
Will my teachers be able to learn it?
If they can use WhatsApp, yes. Marking attendance is a list and a tap per student. Teachers see only their own groups, so there is no menu of things that are not their job.
How different is it really for a school and a coaching centre?
Different enough that a school never sees the word batch and a coaching centre never has to open an academic year. The vocabulary, the screens that exist, the staff roles created for you and the grade tables you start with all follow from the type you choose. What is identical underneath is the part you want identical: the fee ledger, the attendance record, the permissions and the backups. Read the page for your own kind of institution — it lists exactly what you would get.
I keep everything in a register and Excel. Can I move?
Yes, and you do not have to move all of it. Import your students from a spreadsheet, create your groups, and start marking attendance today. Last year's history can stay where it is.
Is WhatsApp really included on the free plan?
Yes. Receipts, notices and fee reminders all share to WhatsApp on every plan, and there is no credit balance behind it. SMS is separate and paid, because each message costs us money.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted, ever. Your account becomes read-only, your records stay intact, and a full export stays available. Destroying an institution's financial history over a late invoice is the behaviour this product exists to be the opposite of.
Start free. Take attendance today.
Register your institution, add a group and a handful of students, and mark your first session. Upgrade when you need what the paid plans add, not before.
